'Tis the season for one of our favorite signs, Scorpios. Whether this is where you fall on the zodiac scale or you are another sign, here's a guide to what Scorpios are like, who they pair well with and the reasoning behind our beloved Scorpios within the universe.

Scorpio Personalties 

Without a doubt, if you are a born Scorpio, then you have an intense and ambitious personality that stems from the ruler Pluto, the former planet of transformation. October Scorpios are the most affected by this, making their spark a little more intense than November Scorpio’s who are slightly more laid back. Scorpios are water signs, meaning they have strong emotions that fuel their passions, dreams and life. They are very loyal, which can also make them susceptible to jealousy when it comes to relationships, both romantic and platonic. Don’t let this fool you, however; Scorpio is an extremely powerful sign that radiates influential personality traits and boldness, making them great leaders. October Scorpios are born leaders and are often very disciplined, confident and have strong voices. The Scorpio sign is associated with transformational processes and rebirth; they are natural truth-seekers who love to uncover the unknown and explore the world. Scorpios need direct answers and will be unhappy if they can’t find them. 

We love our Scorpios; however, they often have an all-or-nothing mindset when it comes to life. This can make it difficult for them to move forward from certain situations. If a Scorpio does not like you, beware, those feelings may never change. Although this is true, if you fall for a Scorpio or, more importantly, they fall for you, they will love you entirely. 

A Scorpio's ambition is through the roof, literally; they will always want to work towards their hopes and dreams, and this ambition brings happiness to their lives. This could include focusing on their careers, relationships or hobbies. They are a sign that works hard to get what they want, which makes them one of the most influential signs. 

If you are looking to date a Scorpio, just a warning, it is not for the weak. Scorpios are very determined and can be considered stubborn; they do not back down easily. Although this can be considered a negative trait, it can also be a positive. This determination fuels them and gives them the fire that gets them where they want to be in life.

Scorpios will plan out their goals and work towards them, only deciding to go after what they want if they know they have what it takes, and they often do. If you have a Scorpio in your life, take it as a compliment; they have decided you are worth keeping around. They love fiercely, hate strongly, are ambitious, determined, influential and sometimes stubborn. They never give up on what they care about (including you) and will always strive to reach their goals and dreams.
