Do you believe in fated love? The popular new show on Amazon Prime Video featuring none other than Dove Cameron and Avan Jogia in a psychotic love thriller that has you not just craving more, but on the edge of your seat, wondering who’s the killer and who’s the victim. Without giving too much away for those who still need to binge-watch the series, Dove Cameron plays a mid-twenties girl named Ciera who just moved to Boston, presumably for a new job; however, the plot twists deeper as she meets Oliver, a rich boy who quickly becomes obsessed with her. However, the first episode makes it clear that Oliver is hiding some dark secrets as he pursues Ciera while still trying to run from a past that haunts his nightmares. One of those nightmares comes alive as he starts receiving letters from an unknown stranger who knows what he did and tries to get him to confess his secrets.Â
The second episode focuses on Ciera as we quickly realize she may not be who we thought, as she’s willing to do anything to protect her family back home, including stealing a fraction of Oliver’s family's money to save her own. Although money is not the only thing Ciera is after, she wants answers from her own past that only Oliver can give her. As all of this plays out over 56 days, the episodes jump back and forth between the present day and the past. As the story flashes back to Oliver and Ciera’s relationship progressing over two months, we have to wonder, how will it all end?

Throughout the series, Oliver and Ciera start to realize how unconventional their relationship is as the walls they both built up start to come down. If you have not watched this series yet, make sure you have all the movie night snacks you need before settling in for a cozy night of mystery, passion, obsession and a series you will not be able to stop watching.
