Thankfully for live music fans, 2026 is the year of comebacks. From artists like Ariana Grande to Harry Styles, performers are coming out of years-long hiatus to give the people what they love: concerts! As we dive into this year, I am here to give you the breakdown of each artist and where you can expect to see them performing.
Harry Styles

After a long two-year hiatus, Harry Styles has made his triumphant comeback to the music industry and has announced his fourth studio album entitled “Kiss All the Time. Disco, Occasionally.” Fans have been awaiting his return to music ever since he ended his infamous Love on Tour in Italy, and in early 2026, he finally gave the people what they have been asking for! His album will be released on March 6th, but more importantly, his brand new tour Together, Together will be kicking off in Amsterdam on May 13th and ending on December 16th in Sydney, Australia. He will be having major residencies in London and New York City, but what is unfortunate for U.S. fans is that the only place he will be touring in America is NYC. That has made tickets uniquely high-priced and difficult to get your hands on. If you are one of the lucky ones with tickets, congrats, and I am only a little bit jealous! We cannot wait to see Harry Styles return and see all that he has to offer this year.
Ariana Grande

After a very busy few years for this performer, Ariana Grande is finally making her return to the stage in 2026 with her Eternal Sunshine Tour. Since her last tour in 2019, Ariana Grande has made her return to the big screen in both “Wicked” and “Wicked: For Good” and also released her award-winning album “Eternal Sunshine” in March of 2024, which has earned the title of the tour. She never toured her album “Positions,” which she released in October of 2020, so fans are expecting her to highlight some songs from that album during the tour. Due to the overwhelming excitement surrounding her tour, prices are extremely high, ranging from $600 - $3,000! The closest to Oxford will be in Chicago on August 3rd, 5th and 6th at the United Center. She has actively been trying to secure tickets out of the hands of scalpers and resellers and into the hands of true devoted fans who want to experience the event. I, for one, am so excited to see what she does on tour and how she has evolved from the Ariana Grande we first met all those years ago.
Olivia Dean

A rising star and the winner of this year’s Best New Artist at the Grammys, Olivia Dean is a force to be reckoned with. With the release of her album “The Art of Loving” in September of 2025, she quickly became one of the most talked-about artists of the year. Popular songs like “Man I Need” and “Baby Steps” have taken over people’s playlists, and when she announced her tour, The Art of Loving Live, it was safe to say that getting tickets was on everyone’s mind. Her tour is starting in Europe in April and heading to the United States in July. She will be performing all over the U.S., from San Francisco to Houston, and notably in New York City with four shows. Unfortunately, it does not look like there are any shows near Ohio, but who doesn’t love a good summer road trip, especially while blasting some Olivia Dean?
Now those are just three of the many artists going on tour this year; others include Bruno Mars, Lady Gaga, Zach Bryan and Rosalía. I, for one, am a big live music fan, and I am so excited to see what these talented artists bring to the stage, and I cannot wait to see people's responses to these shows.
